Biography: Neelam is a Certified Holistic Health and Functional Nutrition Coach and Yoga Teacher with over ten years of experience. She empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being through natural solutions using whole foods, gentle yoga practices, and mindful breathing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computers & Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi.
