Join us for Protocol, The Power of Diplomacy and How to Make it Work for You with Ambassador Capricia Marshall who serves as Ambassador-in-Residence at the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC. Ambassador Marshall is President of Global Engagement Strategies, which advises international public and private clients on issues relating to the nexus of business and cultural diplomacy.

What over two decades of working at the highest levels of government taught Marshall: There’s power in detail and nuance. Micro-moves affect the macro shifts. Sharing unvarnished examples from her time in office — harrowing near-misses, exhilarating triumphs, heartwarming personal stories — Marshall will bring a master class on soft power, unveiling the complexity of human interactions and making the case that etiquette, cultural IQ, and a flexible mindset matter—now more than ever.

This program is free and open to all and is presented by Little Falls Village in partnership with the Little Falls Library of Montgomery County Public Libraries.

Registration is required at least a day prior to the event. Please register at www.littlefallsvillage.org/Diplomacy or by calling the Little Falls Village office at 301-320-3267. Please note, you will be asked to provide your name and contact information to Little Falls Village and will receive emails about the event after you register.
