We're continuing our Adventures in Dining series this month, at Mosaic Cuisine, on Halpine Road, just off Rockville Pike in Rockville.    

Says the restaurant, "Established in 2001 by French Chef Thierry J., Mosaic Cuisine is a family-owned modern French fusion restaurant with different accents from around the world.  Throughout the menu, you may recognize a variety of dishes from different cuisines around the world, such as waffle French toast from Belgium, tomato and pesto potage from Palermo, Italy, artichoke and spinach dip from the USA, or chocolate financier direct from heaven. Over the years we have become famous for our waffle-centric brunch. "
