Join Gaurav Singh, long time meditator for this engaging meditation workshop. Gaurav lectures regularly on the benefits of meditation and has been practicing himself for many years. During this workshop he will talk about finding lasting peace, happiness and a greater sense of wellbeing through meditation. Gaurav will share a simple technique of meditation (explained and practiced during the session) that can help us achieve a lasting state of peace and happiness found through no outer experience. For new or advanced meditators.
Brief Bio: Gaurav Singh
Gaurav Singh is an experienced management consultant working as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. He has over a decade of experience partnering with c-suite executives at major organizations working in IT, business and strategy consulting. As an advisory consultant at Ernst & Young he travels extensively to help provide solutions to complex problems facing his clients.
Gaurav is very passionate about meditation, and has been practicing meditation for over 15 years. He has used meditation to find balance between his personal and professional life, and has led many meditation workshops and retreats. Gaurav believes that his firsthand experiences with meditation demonstrate how it can enhance the daily lives of busy people.
