For PCV members, volunteers and other friends of PCV. 

 

Join in as we help with clean-up on the C&O Canal's Great Falls section, as part of C&O Canal Community Days, and in recogniton of Earth Day.    

 

Attendees must sign up directly with the Canal Trust, at 

 

When you register, please indicate that Potomac Community Village is the group you will be part of, and that you are interested in trash removal, with painting as a second choice.  

 

The registration process will ask you to download media and other releases.  PCV will have copies of these for you to fill out on Saturday morning, April 22. 

 

PCV will provide you with PCV t-shirts to wear that morning; the Canal Trust will provides gloves.  If you have a grabber device, please bring it.  

 

Please tell us that you've registered, so we know to expect you on Saturday morning, April 22.

 

There are two ways to let us know, both will work.   

1. RSVP to PCV by emailing us at info@PotomacCommunityVillage.org.  Just tell us in the email that you've registered with the Canal Trust to be part of the PCV group.
2. When you get the email response from the Canal Trust that you've registered, just forward it to us at info@PotomacCommunityVillage.org. 

Either way, we will know to expect you on Saturday morning, April 22.  The clean-up begins at 9 am.  Filling out forms, etc will start at 8:30 am.
