5 Little Known Culprits That Are Keeping You Exhausted… and the Fastest Ways You Can Increase Your Energy For Good

PCV Speaker Series

Our speaker this month is Granetta Coleman, an exciting and dynamic speaker who'll tell us all about what it takes to increase your energy, no matter your age!
Topics to be addressed include:
  • The 5 Culprits that are robbing your energy
  • The foods & drinks that are the top energy stealing offenders
  • One simple strategy you can implement immediately to avoid the 3pm crash (and binging on sugar)
  • The fastest way to increase your energy, FOR GOOD (and it doesn’t involve supplements or caffeine)
  • The 5 power-house energy-boosting foods you can easily integrate into your diet today!

About our speaker: Granetta Coleman left practicing patent law, founded Rooted Dish and created the Vibrant Life over 40 coaching program.  As a certified Healthy Lifestyle Accountability Coach she works primarily with busy people who struggle with weight gain and exhaustion. She helps them adopt healthy habits, like plant-centered eating, healthy hydration, regular movement, quality sleep, and stress management so that they can enhance their overall health and feel energetic and empowered!

All are welcome to attend this free and open to all program at the Potomac Community Center.
