Art Talk with Lee Ann Lawch: Alexander von Humboldt. SAAM docent Lee Ann Lawch’s art talk have gained a following with AHA members. This month, Lawch turns her attention to the subject of the current SAAM exhibit Alexander von Humboldt and the United States: Art, Nature and Culture. It’s a fascinating look at the Prussian geographer, naturalist, explorer and scholar who was a great influencer and science and art.
