Free Concert - Encore ROCKS! 

Annual concert from Encore Creativity, the nation’s largest choral arts organization for adults 55 and over. With over 40 ensembles (and growing!) nationwide, and over 1500 singers ages 55 to 99, Encore is a leading organization in the field of creative aging. We envision a world where all older adults have a place in the arts.

Encore’s programs include:

• Encore Chorales, traditional choirs singing choral classics in four-part harmony
• Encore ROCKS groups, singing rock ‘n’ roll hits from the 50s, 60s, and beyond

In this concert, Encore ROCKers from our local area take the DMV by storm with our newest ROCKS Tour! Encore’s ROCKS Tour series brings Encore ROCKers together from across the region for large-scale concerts.

Encore singers will delight audiences with spirited choral renditions of rock ‘n’ roll hits with selections spanning the decades, from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond – with a sprinkling of modern hits!

A number of PCV members sing with Encore ROCKS and will be performing this evening.  Come to this free concert and show your support of this fabulous group of singers!
