We know that strong social connections support our mental, emotional and physical health, but how exactly does that work, and how can we foster these connections?

As part of the Age Well series, join Dr. Catherine Sanderson, author and leading expert in positive psychology, to explore the science behind why relationships are key to happiness and longevity. You’ll also gain practical tips for building and nurturing meaningful connections in everyday life. This lecture is for people who would like an overview of (1) how strong social connections can positively impact mental, emotional, and physical health; (2) the science behind why relationships are key to happiness and longevity; and (3) building and nurturing meaningful connections in everyday life.
