This is Part  2 of a two-part program, with  Part 2 a discussion for PCV members.  Part 1 immediately precedes it, requiring advance registration for the link to the Stanford Continuing Education program.  See registration information for both the Stanford program and the PCV Zoom discussion below.

Building Resilience, a free webinar from Stanford University, will be followed by a PCV-hosted Zoom event for members to discuss what was just presented by Stanford instructor Antoine de Morrée, and explore how each of us has dealt with creating resilience during the Covid pandemic and as we go forward.

In times of stress, resilience is key. In this free webinar presented by Stanford instructor Antoine de Morrée, PhD, you will learn research-based techniques that help you build resilience, navigate setbacks, and identify your purpose. Drawing on the latest research in neuroscience and psychology, the aim is for you to find solid footing when you are feeling overwhelmed and have the strength to bounce back.

Antoine de Morrée, PhD, is an instructor in neurological sciences and stem cell biology at Stanford. His work has been published in top scientific journals including Science and Nature, and he has received multiple awards for his research and leadership. Antoine is a Stanford-certified Compassion Facilitator and author of the book Magnetic: How Great Leaders Persuade and Inspire.
